We want you to feel happy with every piece you receive from Midnight Lace Lingerie.
You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
How to return or exchange an item:
- Email us at midnightlacereturns@proton.me with your order number and reason for the return/exchange.
- We will reply with approval and either the return address.
- Please post the item back to us (customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong size/colour).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days or ship the requested exchange item.
Please note:
- For hygiene reasons, lingerie that has been worn or washed cannot be accepted for return.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service so both you and we can follow the return.
